How is this sustainable?
Local mode costs literally nothing to run: the app is a static site, your data lives with you. The cloud account costs a few cents per user — sustainable for an independent project as long as Sereno stays lean, with no marketing team to feed.
One day a Sereno+ tier may exist for advanced use, and it will be announced here, clearly. Two commitments won't change:never ads, never selling data — Sereno's business model cannot be the very thing it's trying to spare you from.
